  Absolutely terrible customer service from "Bronwyn" I have been subject to verbal abuse from this self-claimed manager who has not attempted to contact me regarding delivery until after THREE MONTHS after the bed we had ordered was done! Almost immediately after picking up I was subject to a tirade of threats surrounding the immediate acceptance of delivery at the threat of having my order cancelled unless I pay immediately? Not only that, “Bronwyn” had further antagonized me by stating “There’s no point talking to you since you clearly have no clue what is going on”. Following this extremely rude remark, I had asked for the store managers details and was met with the response “I DON’T HAVE TO GIVE THAT TO YOU” and was met with "Bronwyn" hanging up without resolving the matter. At no stage did Forty Winks Marsden Park attempt to contact myself or my partner through other channels of communication despite being provided alternative methods of contact. Now I am expected to pay another $200 due to the lack of communication and customer service that the Marsden Park store provides to those who have purchased from them? Absolutely abhorrent behavior from a supposed "Manager" I would suggest nobody shop at this store if they do not wish to be abused by their staff.
